RG Taylor Engineering were proud to be part of the Parliament House project. The development soars high over the river Thames in the heart of the parliamentary estate, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Striking designs that are truly exceptional and where breath-taking panoramic views come as a standard.
The project consisted of 104 mixed tenure apartments including three exceptional bespoke penthouses.
Included within RG Taylor’s scope of works was the supply and installation of central energy centre with CHP and gas boilers, full BMS control system, LTHW distribution pipe work and HIUs, M-bus systems,wet riser, conventional radiators, underfloor heating, installation of pre-fabricated soil stacks in HDPE, suspended drainage, sanitary ware, ventilation and air conditioning to penthouse suites.
