Our Aftercare service team assures we have exemplary lines of communication between customer and Engineer base. Whether that be booking a routine appointment to clear and informative instructions on how to operate a home system, our Engineers are in place to effectively coordinate a dedicated response if we should find ourselves to do so.
We operate a 24hr emergency service 365 days a year, to ensure our customers/clients we are available whenever they may need us.
This managed facility allows us to create/follow up the arrangements either with a joint visit with one of our engineers or supervisors or by following up with telephone calls to determine the outcome of the visit, cementing satisfaction.
